you obviously don't have the phone. It's a very good budget phone that's a better performer than the Moto Play, Moto G, and Stylus 2023 and previous. Those Moto's get one software upgrade if you are lucky while the Samsung's get 5 years. You calling a $36. phone "trash" is laughable.

Oh, a lot of times. Change apt # in address (even if you live in a house), different CC, different email address / alias email address. You can use a virtual CC, get a new number each time.

Yes. If your CC company has the ability, you can use a 1x virtual card for this deal. Set the billing address to somewhere else like a PO Box (physical address of post office) or something. Once your order ships, set it back to the main address.

As a first-time user at QVC, I completed an order for $33. I received an email confirming the order with the discount applied, showing $33 as the final price, and my credit card was also charged $33. However, when I check the order status on QVC, it shows the full price $62.98 being charged. Are others also seeing the same issue?

i know that but I was asking if QVC checks new customer only by billing and not by shipping (such that you dont have to change shipping).

I had to cancel the order and create a new one, the sales associate had to manually add the promo.
