You can just get a old version for less than $100 and trade for watch 7 for $50 so the total cost is around $120.
Not everyone wants to buy another watch just to trade it in for this newer watch. So that deal is irrelevant to this deal.
It's better to have said that this is a deal for those that don't a watch already but if you have one, then you need to look into the other deal that could bring the cost down to, potentially, $30.
The other deal actually varies from customer to customer. I could trade my 5 pro in and get the 7 for $30. So that deal varies.
But why trade in a 5 pro that has better battery life?
