The processor on this is worse than the Thinkpad L series refurb that has been posted often and is still available for ~$300. Having used both, I'd say the Latitude has much better build quality. However, it's hard to justify paying the same money for a significantly worse processor.

I picked up one of these back in March of this year. So far it has been pretty decent. It is not my main computer, but I use it as my secondary device. I like that it has usb C charging. I can one use one charger block for laptop, tablet, and phone. The ram is not upgradable, so make sure you get one with the right amount for you.

I bought a refurbished Latitude 5310 a couple years ago, and it's great as a small portable laptop. You can upgrade the memory, SSD, and Wi-Fi, and it charges via USB-C.

However, in the 5320 Dell soldered down the RAM, removed the Ethernet port, and removed the touchpad buttons.

Since 11th Gen and 10th Gen are very similar, you might be better off getting a 5310.
