When they refund you TIV they refund tax also. They adjust TIV with phone price and recalculate tax and refund the amount. Ideally the refund will be more than TIV.

13 pro max is a solid phone, returned my 16 pro max and went back to the 13.

How do you figure? The specs on the Samsung are significantly better. Over 4x the camera resolution, records at 4x the video quality, twice the RAM, twice the storage (on base unit), higher resultion screen, twice the brightness, and a bigger battery.
