ended up side/down grading from a S23U to S24+ for $41 after everything
for comparison, the best i could muster through samsung's pre-order deals for the S24+, including my S23U trade in, was $359, +tax on the full price of the phone, which would have totaled $440 or so
the S24+ feels much better in hand, but i was not aware that the anti reflective glass was on the Ultra only
also i immediately missed the ultras 10x optical / 100x digital zoom.. the S24+ only does 3x optical, 30x digital. say bye to airplane pictures
It was my wife phone but she was complaining recently that the S23U kept rebooted randomly. I think she dropped it so many times. Always in the case so it looks pristine & no problem trading it in
