In Bay Area Costco and National (and some random off brand places) are like $0.50 cheaper than any of these brands anyways.

AM/PM sells Arco gas where I live which is top tier. I imagine that is not included?

Arco is pretty cheap, but Costco is still cheaper even before the 4% CB

Gas is gas. It all comes from a few distilleries that have to comply with the epa dea fema derm nra irs The only difference are the additives.

Amazon is going after walmart+ gas discount program which is great, i love competition. But i'd rather use combination of my 5% gas discount card with gas buddy which saves me a lot more

Lame deal on gas (10c/gallon at limited stations where gas is more expensive) but still signed up. might be useful someday on long drives when I can't find a sams or costco station and the nearest one is a BP or Amoco LOL

BP 100% meets and exceeds Top Tier standards. They were the first to even have additive standards, eventually joined Top Tier, then left likely not worth it to them to pay the fee. BP may be the only company with Top Tier standards that are not part of Top Tier.
"likely not worth it to them to pay the fee"

Highly dubious. Can't find any info about their fees except that it's "minimal." More likely reason bp left TT is that they couldn't meet the standards. They claim to exceed the standards but it's their own claim. Very possible they're interpreting the standards very loosely for their own benefit. They've been fined for misleading fuel claims before. The only thing that's certain is that without the TT certification, bp has the POTENTIAL to be worse than TT fuels.

Where I get gas, it's currently $0.34 per gallon cheaper than the nearby ampm, and $0.30 per gallon cheaper than the nearby Costco. Check out gasbuddy in Livermore, CA.

Correct, which is why it is important to seek out Top Tier gas.

.10 is nothing. Costco regular price will beat BP etc. by .30-.50c no discount. Or if you shop at Kroger you get .10/gallon for every $100.

Any way to combine this with Harris Teeter fuel rewards at BP?
My question too. I would be very surprised if they stack. Since they both require entering your phone number, maybe the system will prompt for which you want to use. But more likely you'll just crash the system and get nothing.
