I got Total 5G $50 plan working w/ the 50% discount. Just enabled Disney+ for 6 months but if I want to keep that discount, how hard is it to upgrade to the Total 5G+ plan and maintain the 50% discount?

You can change your plan online and set it to take effect on your next refill. If you make it take effect immediately, you would be forfeiting what you've paid for the current month.

I have Total 5G Unlimited plan and Hotspot doesn't works on my Android device and I tried with different Android device by changing the device and still doesn't works and when contacted the carrier, they say Hotspot is enabled and included in the plan.

Was thinking of TW but Tello on the other thread with excellent customer service won me over. Going from Tmob to Tello. The top tier plan would be cheaper for me with 5 lines at Tello than TW. And TW can keep their crappy CS that I have heard from all over.

Is it by line?
Meaning if I bring over my wife's phone then bring over my son's phone will the 50% apply to both lines?

Word of caution, this is by far the worst company I've dealt with. Transferred from T-Mobile using their last promo for $15/mo per line. Promo pricing never applied. Filed FCC complaint. Their customer service is completely useless. I will be porting out all of my lines at a first chance I get.
This is the new norm. All of these prepaid companies, and most companies in general, have useless customer service. Intentionally misinterpreting communication and wasting time to get you to give up. Have you tried canceling cell phone or Internet service lately? They make it nearly impossible to even do that. It's a bunch of uneducated ppl reading from a cookbook. Some won't even acknowledge what you're saying to them. Customer service has been in decline for decades but it got really bad after Trumpy bear and COVID.

I would generally agree however these people are on a whole new level of incompetence. I've been with Tracfone MVNOs including TW in the past but the way they operate now is a new low.

Best experience I had with cellular providers recently was with Mint.

This does not require a port in. It is a BYOD device promo. The phone number is irrelevant

Single lines only. Just make a separate account for each line. The person who made this post is wrong. It's a BYOD device promo. The phone number doesn't mean anything

You can upgrade to the disney+ (no ads) bundle with hulu (no ads) for $4 more or if you prefer to add MAX, then you pay the difference.
Did you do it directly at the Disney website and tried to add bundle? When I look to add bundle I see the full price

I was with Tracfone MVNOs back when they were independent many years ago. Things are significantly worse now that Tracfone is part of Verizon than they were back then. Total Wireless is not directly owned by Verizon they passthrough Trafone still which is probably part of the problem. All in all customer service is a total dumpster fire.
