Do not go with this company. I have spent 10 hours on the phone trying to correct all the errors. I still haven't corrected them all. This is the worst company I've literally ever dealt with. Save your sanity

I have had no issues with them so far. Everything transferred quickly and if working properly. They even called me to let me know that the port was complete.

I'm glad you were lucky with it, but from their Reddit page and everything else, it sure sounds like the company is a dumpster fire. I'll gladly pay more money not to have to take a chance on things going sideways.

Buyer beware - When I put in my Unlocked Google Pixel 8 IMEI it said it doesnt support eSIM, so I ordered a SIM card. These idiots could not get my phone activated and kept telling me that it's not supported. I tried the website first, no luck. Tried chat next, no luck, same result. Called them - same thing again. Finally I gave up and asked them to refund my plan purchase money and I was lucky enough to get that done (haven't checked if it hit my CC yet lol).

TW doesn't officially support the pixel 8 & 9 devices currently. I think one person was able to get a rep to activate it forcefully but the system eventually kicked it off and it stopped working shortly thereafter. Another just activated the sim on another phone then swapped into the pixel. Pretty sure that one will stop working eventually once the system flags the IMEI mismatch.

Waiting that long to activate is risky. It might work, but if it doesn't, then you'll be out of luck.

I'm also on USM and waiting to see what their new bf / cyber deal will be this year. USM gives you the flexibility to "teleport" between networks but verizon works where needed so I've never had to use that feature.

thank you. Will wait for USM as well.

I have an old phone from a canceled T-Mobile plan can I bring that phone and receive a new number with this offer. I also have a mint mobile phone I could bring that but would I be able to switch the number after port? Ideally I want to bring my own device and receive a new number. Would this work here?

Same exact experience here except they refused to refund my money. Finally had to dispute it with my credit card company. Total Wireless customer service is a nightmare. They refused to elevate me to a manager.

How does one even find a link to the sim cards on their website?

Here is the link if you really want to buy it from them. Otherwise, just buy it locally at a store near you or on amazon.com, bestbuy.com or target.com for $1

Do not expect them to correct your issue in real time. Their CS is awful and have no idea what's going behind their servers which aren't updated in realtime it seems.
If you have the patience and time to make it work, the deal will work. It worked for me and for many others but i must have wasted a lot of time and headache to get there. I never had to file FCC report and complains.
PS: Create free rewards account and apply referral code to get free 5k to 7k points as well. you have 14 days after activation to get these free points. DO NOT SELF REFER.

No, bad idea to swap the sims, they will deactivate the device and you could lose the promo.
What are you basing this on?

Based on other's experiences with sim swapping on any of the tracfone brands. They simply don't allow it long term. You may get away with it for a little while, but then you'll get the surprise later. Do you really want to risk it?

Thanks man, I was just saying, their website is awful and difficult to navigate, so I don't know how you found the link but you did
