How does this one compare to the Hisense 100" on sale at Costco for $1999?

Overall... on paper, the Hisense 100U70N is better...
Based solely on specs... this Samsung is more like the TCL 98" Q6 & Hisense 100" QD7N.

Also TV mounting service is free, just need to provide your own mount or buy one

If the service is fulfilled by Handy, I'd honestly skip it. They don't have the best reviews.

Not a bad price but hoping to see a deal on the 98" Q80C close to 2K. Some were able to get it for 2100 at Sam's with extended warranty.

for a 100in TV like this, I'd rather have it sit on a TV stand, so regardless of their review, I'd utilize them as muscle to set up this huge panel on a stand.

That's a valid point. You'd need a wide stand that'll support 98" TV. I have a cheaper $200-$250 stand from Best Buy, and I know if wouldn't support a 98" TV so I'd have to mount it.

TV's are getting so big it's gonna change from "Will this fit in my RAV4?" to "Will this fit in a box truck?"

I had to put my tailgate down to fit a 77-in OLED 😆. That was with a 5 and 1/2-ft bed on an F-150.

100 in is massive. I don't know if I could get it into my TV room. 😆

I would not brag about putting down a tail gate to fit a TV into a F150, i have one and i have to put the tailgate down for practically everything. The only guys that can brag about putting down a tailgate to fit a TV are those with 8 foot beds. And those are hard to find on the roads, most trucks you see are ours at 5.5-6ft.

No, it won't. My 2020 Highlander, barely fit a 75" TV in the box. It fit just barely so I could close the hatch with the seats all down.
