Instead, this charger supports the 5V, 9V and 15V modes. This adapter lacks the optional 12V mode, but the 15V mode can be useful for those devices which can use it (typically tablets and, no surprise, the Switch). No support for Programmable Power Supply (PPS) so no Super Fast Charging support.
5V at up to 3A
9V at up to 3A
15V at up to 2.6A
Good luck!

Reminder to use AlDente to hold charge. Hopefully the next big step will be laptops adding wattage controls to throttle charging.
I have MacBook units with over 500 charge cycles still on track to keep 80% capacity at 1,000... thanks to AlDente and reduced wattage charging.
Good luck!

Plenty of laptop models provide such controls, just not always using accessible and intuitive controls for non-technical users. Dell has had BIOS features incorporating power management settings to preserve battery longevity by limiting total charge, setting charging cycles rules, etc. for the better part of ten years (personally I've got a seven year old model with a spate of such features).
Good luck!

39W-45W seems to be some secret SMC/PMU threshold that they start to trickle. But at $10, it's a low gamble.
I do agree BIOS makers should push back on such stuff, I wish I had better health and could focus more on that at my day job. If it were up to me, there would be an Expert Mode in UEFI with every last option de-hidden (that won't harm the hardware, anyway).
I have three (3) different Chromebooks that came with 45W and 65W chargers, but all of which typically draw no more than around 22-30W when in use and charging.
Good luck!
Jon
