I have this board and thought I would give first-hand feedback to people looking to purchase. This is a great board. It is wider than standard paddle boards. It is very stable and pretty hard to fall off of it, even someone who has never paddleboarded before could get on this and stand up on this easier than standard paddleboards and would be much less likely to fall off (not impossible to fall off but much more stable compared to standard boards). Due to it being wider, it is harder to straddle the board where you sit on the board and put a leg in the water on both sides. It is much heavier than other boards I have or had but not impossible to carry, just wider and heavier, so not great for long treks carrying it down to the water. A plus to the it being a heavier board is that it is less affected by windy times compared to lighter boards that when a wind gust comes along, it pushes you backward or spins the board around. Another plus to it being heavier is that if you or your kids fall off the board, they can easily get back on this board, while with much lighter boards, the boards tend to flip over when some adults and kids try to climb back on from in the middle of the lake so I believe this to be a safer board for kids especially as you want them to be able to get back on the board without the board flipping over from them pulling on the handles trying to climb back on. One thing to know about this board is it doesn't have d-rings if you want to clip things on the board or attach a seat etc, however you can buy d-rings on Amazon and glue them on so not a deal breaker. The electric pump is great for inflating and deflating, and it takes about 10 minutes to inflate to 15 psi. This is a great deal as the pump alone would cost $80, so the board is only $100. I did buy an adapter that converts the pumps car adapter to a regular wall plug in case I want to inflate the board away from the car. Hope this helps anyone interested in buying this board.

This is the adapter I bought to convert from DC (car cigarette lighter plug) to AC (wall plug). It works great for me, and I have had it 2 years now. I have also been able to use this to inflate multiple paddle boards 1 after another without any issues or overheating. Hope this helps.

I bought this one the last time it came up as a slickdeal for $200 and have used it a few times since. It's ... OK.

I mean, like the other said, it's very very stable for a SUP board but it's also quite unwieldy if there's any distance to walk to the shoreline (HEAVY and bulkier) and slow to paddle around and maneuver compared to my other hyperlite standard board. It's just in general more tiring to deal with - I contemplated returning it even with the steep discount. The kids like wrestling on top of it though since it's much more stable, but if we go any distance out on the lake, they want to switch SUP boards unless I'm doing the paddling on that beast. It's all relative through, I'm not exactly a large person - if you're a big strong dude, your perspective may be it's not that bad at all. But when it comes to hauling our boards back up to where the car's parked, i genuinely hate it and this is coming from someone who rather enjoys exercise.

At this point, we're just going to keep it but I wouldn't buy it again. I do like how the fins stay attached & fold-in though as we've lost a fin on our other SUP board before!

Just my two cents

As a long time paddle boarder who has 4 inflatables and a hard touring board, this thing is like paddling a barge. I was curious and test paddled it for 30 minutes. If you go paddling with others, you will struggle big time as it's s l o w. At 10' in length, there will be little tracking or glide. Stable for sure, but so are many others with a traditional design. If you plan on enjoying the sport, you are wasting your money as this is a frustrating thing to paddle. If you do flip it and that will happen at some point, getting it back over will be difficult, once it's belly up, go to the back and try that way. If there is wind, that makes it even more difficult. Then you have the heavy weight to deal with hauling it to the water which negates the ease of carry since a trad inflatable is 22lbs or less. Reality is that it will take 2 people to carry it, especially if on the smaller side. This board requires a LOT of strength/power to get it going and certainly maintaining any speed. If you have kids or want to carry dog(s), then you could make a case for it.

Thanks, this seems to be the real review. Good for absolute beginners, but not the best to navigate all day with, or keep up with friends

I have this board and carry it no problem on my own. Is it heavier than other sup - yes. Is it very sturdy and stable -yes. Is there a chance of more seam failure with this design -yes. is it awesome -absolutely. I recommend if you are carrying multiple passengers or if you are over 200lbs. I've tried both the Costco body glove and this and this was much more preferred for it's stability and ability to carry my 2 kids jumping around with me. because I use it more like a floating skiff on river and lakes....I use a kayak paddle. this is a great price with Costco warranty... buy it

Hopefully this can really hold two adults total about 300 lbs since it claims 350

It can easily hold 300+ lb capacity. I've done it myself with my wife. Although when we do a float down the river, our configuration is usually this sup and a tethered tube -one adult on each and the kids bouncing and jumping between the two.

Thanks, got one last night. This is perfect as the wife probably won't go on one by herself.

I carry kayaks that weight reguarly to the water and once inflated I keep SUPs inflated.
We have beginner 11" boards, supposedly wide and stable, before we had a 10s, and after two seasons of light light use I have fallen in the water backwards head/back first several times in a split second, Ankle rope fully extended. Standing up is daunting on them. Then getting back on in usually cool water in a deep and very large lake is another story. I am frustrated and now using ithe sup as sit on kayak.

If the pontoon lets me stand up and paddle in a better ways way it may be the solution for me. The seams have me concerned a bit, but it is Costco.

We use this on Lake Michigan, when it's not deadly windy out, and prefer it over our other "faster" inflatable boards. A bit slower yes but the other qualities and comfort outweigh that in my opinion.

Now if anyone is using an inflatable paddle board of any kind in moderate wind or higher.. you're in for it.

Am I missing something or is this not an inflatable floatie? Maybe it's stable enough to stand in it but calling it a paddleboard feels like marketing speak. It is nice that you can carry it in a backpack, though you still need to plug it in somewhere (assuming you want it for a camping trip and not just a fun outing at easy access water)

I bought this on the last deal and enjoyed it all summer. It's very stable and very wide. There are a couple of fins at the rear so it helps the board's trajectory keep straight. The paddle is great - so easy to adjust the length quickly and conveniently. It came with a dry bag and some other orange thing I haven't really used, but the dry bag is very large.

The car electric pump it comes with is absolutely fantastic. It takes about 10-15 minutes to pump it up, and about 2-3 minutes to deflate. You can set the precise pressure on the pump and it will turn off when it reaches that pressure.

The bag it comes it allows you to carry it all like a backpack. Takes some getting used to re-packing it in that backpack, but it's a very nice storage solution. Overall extremely happy with it.
