i use trader joes dough and diff toppings on a pizza screen. preheat to 450 and set timer for 8 min.
these outdoor pizza ovens should cook in <2 min. if not the temp isn't getting high enough. and not worth any money bc no diff than home oven
I prefer Kenji's method, I just shove all my cast iron pans in the top and bottom rack and let the indoor oven heat up for an hour or so... Pizza comes out in 10 minutes flat.

I am looking forward to using this with prebuilt rotating stone functionality. Has anyone added rotestrie motor drive to this?
Looks like it's not the best at $300 but looks like it's more than fine for $100.
I bought one.
Does anyone know of a way to convert to natural gas?

It looks like a decent oven to start with at a good price but I think that the inventory is high as those ovens were popular during covid and I see a lot of them for sale on craigslist and market place. Most get one and rarely bake.
I use mine every week (so that my poolish is perfect) and buy my flour in 55 pounds bag (00) and sometimes bake for rather large parties (30+ folks). That lasts me about a year.
Hope this helps a few (although I do NOT own this brand).
my 0.02.
Burner design looks decent, if the stone is reasonably thick and can hold heat it's definitely worth the price.
ooh, just watched the review. the placement of the stone relative to the burner and the fact that the stone itself rotates means the feature's basically useless. you can see that it's virtually impossible to not just nuke the end that gets launched first (since if you rotate via the knob you're still getting the hottest part of the stone on the bottom of the pizza the whole time). even their promo images show the pizzas absolutely anakin'd on the far side.
Still at $99 I'd rip out the rotation mechanism and see if I could replace the stone with one thicker piece. Just use it like a budget ooni.

But I'm probably gonna get a round pizza stone that I can also use on my weber kettle when I wanna do it outdoors in summer.
You can use any thing that can absorb heat, I have used dutch ovens, their lids if height is not there, a small baking steel I have etc...
Some folks even throw in bricks often wrapped in aluminum foil.
I'm about as lazy as I can get with pizza making. I use no knead method for the dough, for sauce I mix one part blended canned tomoaties and 1 part jarred pasta sauce with some oregano thrown in, just uncooked allowing it to come to room temp. For veggies its frozen onion and bell peppers mix, for meats its pepperoni that can cup, leftover bbq chicken meat or canned chicken in a jiffy. Pre sliced mushroom (Just wash before hand) For cheese, its low moisture whole milk mozerrla that I hand shred or use food processor and some paremesan for toppings afterwards.
Pro Tip: use kitchen shears for cuttin pizza!
And on days I dont feel like shaping pizza, its pan pizza night....
