Hopefully the 15% off prepaid cards will come back this year in November.

Are these considered "gift cards". Target circle currently has a spend $90, save $10 but excludes gift cards. I guess I'll find out tomorrow

If you're talking about this Bonus offer: "Spend $90 with your Target Circle Card on qualifying purchases to earn $10 in Target Circle Rewards."

The fine print says it excludes TARGET Gift card, not phone cards.

So Yes, phones cards will work towards the $90.

Also the $90 is cumulative, so buy $50 in phone cards in one transaction. And then $50 in a second transaction to get the best value.

Within a few minutes of receiving the emails with the actual prepaid PINs , you'll see your Target Bonus register on your account.

The complete list of exclusions that is referenced does exclude "prepaid cards"

I had a "spend $70 get $10" circle bonus offer.

I was able to activate and after buying two $50 cards, I earned the bonus.

However the system will NOT allow me to apply that $10 to subsequent AT&T prepaid card purchases.

I was able to buy a $50 card, wait for delivery, apply it to my AT&T account and then repeat.
Did that 5x without problem.

The 6th time, it let me make the purchase and the email delivery happened. BUT the link in that email takes me to the site which now says "BLOCKED", without much additional info. It says to wait 24 hours and if it doesn't work to call them.

Hopefully that's a stress free phone call tomorrow.

I decided to switch from my phone to my laptop. I opened the last email in Edge and then opened the gift card redemption link using InPrivate window. That worked! Was able to get the last PIN and apply it to my ATT account. I'm now fully paid for next year.
Thanks all.

Don't stress. It happens often. Buying Gift Cards repeatedly on the same account triggers security alerts. If you'd bought 6 x $50 in one transaction, it would've been no issue.

We understand why you're doing it in separate transations but the 'system' doesn't. It appears like someone nefariously testing the limits of a possibly stolen credit card.

Best to order a couple, wait a couple hours until after they arrive and then order a couple more. Then order more the next day.
It happens in every Target phonecard thread:

Thanks!
I love these deals.
In Ohio, there is no sales tax and no other fees... so its a huge discount.
I just did 6 straight, no problems. All delivered and used just fine.

Also FYI - The spend $90 for $10 rewards worked on the ATT gift cards.

Target has some unpublished daily limit on phone card purchases. Last time I topped up I had my 4th consecutive order cancelled, so I had to break it up into 3 transactions every 24hrs for that week.

Myself and P2 have the AT&T $300/yr plan so we typically buy $50 x 12 during these Target sales.

But for THIS Target Circle Bonus reward offer, prepaid phone cards are Not excluded.

I've been doing it ever since Target Circle became a thing. And I just did it again.
