honestly tempting for a cheap backup tv, although in the tomsguide review they say the brightness is absolutely horrible and their worst display they had reviewed ever at the time of writing. I unfortunately got a 32in 720p toshiba pawn shop set from circa ~2017 or so a few years ago that also has absolutely horrible brightness, even fiddling with settings never make it look quite right, looks way worse than my first ever low tier polaroid hdtv from 2009. It stays on a desk never even turned on since the picture is so weird it's distracting. Think I'm going to skip, says gaming lag is 38.3ms too, no thanks. https://www.tomsguide.com/reviews...v-2-series . It could have its use purely as a large cheapo screen with low expectations for media but that's about it...for not much more money you can get better 43in 4k sets now. Another review by pcmag said the tv had 27ms input lag in gaming mode, not sure what's up with the discrepancy vs the other review site but eh still too high for my liking

the guy is complaining about HDR brightness lol. LIke anyone would watch HDR content on this. It actually was brighter than the bravia in SDR. "yeah shit this corolla just isnt fast, its not as fast as the porsche 911" -toms guide review probably

At this price, it would be better to cook food and clean up the house.
