The free Paramount Plus Essentials has commercials.

During Prime Day, WalMart+ had a promotion of free Paramount Plus with Showtime for six months, which did not have commercials. Hope a similar offer shows up again soon!

Do you tip your Amazon drivers or your mailman/person?

The tipping culture is out of control in the U.S.

Businesses (should) pay their employees and staff fair wages and health insurance, and the consumer should pay for the products. It's just that simple.
The people delivering Walmart orders are not Walmart employees.

You are correct about companies paying more. You're a knobhead for not tipping. Tipping is a gesture of appreciation. Not supplementing income.

By that logic you should tip everyone in the service industry which is 80%+ jobs in the U.S. (Source: https://www.bls.gov/emp/tables/em...sector.htm)

Do you tip all of them, *knobhead*?

fair wages? that number means nothing. I tip only if service is great. Tipping a WM, UPS, FedEx driver is not normal at all, and they drop and run. These gig jobs like Doordash, etc. require no tipping. It's just that simple.

They are employees of some company right who should pay their wages correctly. Asking customers to pay them via tips is not needed if they pay well.

It's just that simple that you don't have to tip them if you desire not to. The get paid a wage by Walmart. That's up to you, but you're not required to tip.
