Are you buying it for trade in value or to get it unlocked later? If you want to unlock, you need to actively use it on their network for one year.
Just for trade in

Once I purchased on their website and UPS lost my package, they told me to ask UPS for it and they will NEVER issue a refund or replacement. I know the fault is on UPS but I believe most sellers at least send a replacement. Just keep this in mind. I won't recommend shopping from them.

Same here. Did you buy a phone from them recently? I bought an iPhone 12 two months ago, so maybe that's why.
I purchased the Moto Stylus 5g 2023 last year from them, tho I did cancel that line.

Does anyone know if I pay the $149.99 for the phone upfront, can I cancel the $60 plan after the first month without having to pay anything extra for the phone? Just want to confirm if the phone is fully paid at $149.99 or if the remaining balance becomes due if I cancel the service.
TIA

Then you don't need to do anything. Buy it, trade it in. Done. I did this with iphone 12.

How quickly can you unlock ?
It's very hard to get it unlocked, also it won't be unlocked automatically after 1 year of service.

I don't understand these kinds of deals. Do you end up paying $210 only overall? If you cancel wouldn't they charge your credit card for the rest of the amount for the phone?

Your service will not begin until your SIM is activated. If you do not activate your phone on the Boost Mobile network within 30 days of purchase, you will be charged the full MSRP of the phone (less your purchase price) to the card used today or any alternative payment method. Once activated, you authorize Boost Mobile to automatically charge your card monthly for your Boost Mobile services, taxes and surcharges. Boost Mobile may use your information to contact you about your account.

Taxes charged at full value during checkout. Around ~$260-270 out the door in CA for phone, tax, and one month ($60) of service.

They actually did that last year, charging those who did not activate the phone the full retail price. Just FYI.

I am not a boost member and I am so noob with phone deals. Never had iphone.
So if I purchase online and it says select 60 and on check out it says 60/month.
it doesn't look like one time charge....
