These things absolutely horrible. Bought two pairs last time for lab work but the viewing area is too warped on both pairs. They're very cheaply made. Even the harbor freight ones are better.

These are ok. I modified mine as I needed some dental work and just had cataract surgery with Light Activated Lenses, so I needed to keep out specific UV. So this helped going over my special UV glasses while I had my teeth prepped for a crown. They fit over the funky glasses they eye doctor provides.

Got three of these before when on sale. They do go over regular glasses. They don't fog up. They sort of scratch up easy like most of these do, so get a few of them. So, keep your shit safe and grab some and actually wear them.

I don't have the 3m brand, but my work glasses look exactly the same as these and they suck!
Most uncomfortable work glasses I've ever used, especially around the nose.
