I bought the older model and returned when I got home and saw the difference.
I agree, new model is a good upgrade. $75 using the discount trick.
I have the older version. Good power and works well.
New one has the paddle switch vs the on/off button of the older. I prefer the paddle but my older one still works so will keep for now.
basically the same thing for 5x less. and im willing to bet 5 of them would last longer than one of these lol.
yes, that is what I did, but I brought the orbit sander since my orbit sander went bad.
