Cigar Page made a deal with Raymond Pages recently. Really hoping at some point they do a Hellas / Last of My Kind combo. That's the two from his makes that I like most.

on a 1-10 how good a deal is this?
For the price you really can't beat it two bucks a cigar with no dog rockets. La Aurora makes good cigars and even though I'm not a huge oliva fan they still make good cigars. It's subjective because of the flavors but I couldn't give this deal just for how cheap it is anything lower than a seven

Your question is subjective. For the type of person who needs to ask the question, it's probably an 8 or 9. For $2/stick, this is a great value. The Oliva Serie V Perfecto and the Serie V Melanio Toro would cost you about $20 in any cigar shop in the country. These are two of my favorite lines, both of which have been on Cigar Aficionado's top 25 cigars of the year multiple times. The Melanio V has held the #1 spot.
Now for a regular smoker, the value is probably closer to 6-8. I haven't smoked enough of the rest to speak too much about them but I like to keep some of these cheaper sticks around for guests that I don't want to offer my "good" sticks to. The types that normally smoke gas station gars. These are great cigars to them. I also like to have these for when I'm golfing or fishing. Any activity where I'm not really able to focus and enjoy the cigar. Where I don't have to worry if it gets rained on, snuffed out, or damaged. I can just toss it out and light up another. So for me, this is easily a 7 or 8. CigarPage is one of my favorite online sellers. I've literally bought thousands of dollars worth of cigars from them. Great prices, great service, always free shipping.
