This one is 20 and has a better selection of sizes... that 11/32 in useless for most people
The shaft is not really that long and can be used a standard hex bit holder. I think the larger sockets hanging on it may be a pain but they can be dropped in pocket if you are just using it for 1/4 or a a screwdriver.
I find that even good and useful tools often have quirks and irritations but still may be worth the while for some other feature that makes the value better.
Here is review from an AC and heating tech and he has one more minor gripe but still swears by it. You can see why people in fields like that like it. That in the pouch is better than back to the truck for a socket. Even considering what you say and his complaint at this price I think I and others could find value.
