I bought this last time it was a slikdeal. They smelled like fish after I soaked them in water. Apparently, old chia seeds leech omega 3s. I would not buy again. Super gross.

How do you see that? It's $11.97 for this identical container, or $23.94 for 4lbs at the link you gave.

To find price at Costco, go to your App, select Warehouse icon at the bottom, and search "Chia" for your local price. They are $8.49 for a 3 lb bag in Michigan. I use the Costco brand daily in my overnight oats - good quality.with less foreign matter than the Better Body brand.
