I think apple immediately knew retail was too much, $550 with tax was too much for a 60hz lcd and no Face ID in essentially 2025. $399 common and $350 bf deals are more inline

Exactly, I want an iPad mini Pro, and that's what they're charging for. Instead we get a gimped last gen chip with more memory than the last one, but only because they want it to run Apple Intelligence.

Matched by Amazon. Much better deal than the 64GB Mini 6 for $349, if you want the Mini size. I think the M2 Air is still a better device at $497 but if you want Mini this is a good price. All other memory configurations are also $100 off at Amazon

Was really hoping for a high refresh rate since the iPad Mini is perfect for mobile gaming in my opinion. Guess I have to go with RedMagic Nova now.
