Where does it say expires in 7 days? Rewards are typically good for a year.

The Bonus Offer expires in 7 days.

I had to go to the Wallet in the phone app to verify that the $5 rewards expires November 2025.

(Weirdly, I couldn't make the wish list on the phone -- clicking the "Make a Wish List" button registered but did nothing)​

There is a "tile" for this in Target Circle Rewards, but you don't need to opt in first. As soon as you make the list and add an item, it automatically switches to completed and gives you a $5 target circle reward credit

You need to go into the Target Circle section in your account and "apply" it. You can apply to an online order or generate a barcode you can scan in store.

(It expires after 1 year so you have plenty of time)
