Yes I can weigh in. I bought this very TV in this size and it came in shattered on one side. Even though I had the regular warranty and the extended 2 year warranty they refused to send a replacement, told me I would have to return and reorder. The shipping agency, RXO that brought it said 3 of the same TV's they went to deliver were shattered that week alone in just my area. I had to fight with Samsung to honor the original price on the reorder, so much so that all the song and dance I went through left me thinking otherwise on this and just never reordered.

I also bought an 85" from Samsung last year that arrived in perfect condition. Very different than experience with Greentoe where the same 85" TV arrived with a very heavily damaged box and a cracked screen.

no. They just didn't show up lmao.
It wasn't delivered to rxo so appointment didn't happen

I told them, well, I missed work waiting, so I might cancel if you don't credit me something

One order was offered 170 other was offered 118, 10%

Dunno why both wasn't 170 but it was a bluff and I wanted tv anyway.


I got free install, and free mount included, but I'm selling Mounts as I already have my own

I had earlier date too but Dec 2 is what works best for me. No clue why Samsung doesn't provide the earliest date on their website.

Woot! My tv confirmed deliveries for Tues and weds, and double woot! Rxo contacts come saying "we don't have the mount, but we can bring the TVs" I said that's fine.

Gonna get another $100-150 per order refund for " no mount and no mounting service was provided "

Samsung gonna regret not shipping my order promptly and fully on time.

Same. My first order I paid 1183 otd, got 170 refund for being late, then 50cb from site, selling mount for 70, and 15 from cc rewards,

878 otd.
