Yes I can weigh in. I bought this very TV in this size and it came in shattered on one side. Even though I had the regular warranty and the extended 2 year warranty they refused to send a replacement, told me I would have to return and reorder. The shipping agency, RXO that brought it said 3 of the same TV's they went to deliver were shattered that week alone in just my area. I had to fight with Samsung to honor the original price on the reorder, so much so that all the song and dance I went through left me thinking otherwise on this and just never reordered.

I also bought an 85" from Samsung last year that arrived in perfect condition. Very different than experience with Greentoe where the same 85" TV arrived with a very heavily damaged box and a cracked screen.

The two codes for the email sign up and for buying in the app don't appear as having promo codes. They just show up as line items that say promo. You CAN stack some codes, like credits from Samsung are usually given as promo codes and those do stack (I didn't use any of those this time, but have in the past). What I wasn't able to stack was the promo code for 10% off with the promo code for 2 yrs of care+. So for those two, had to pick one.

I am very happy with this deal - got this tv to replace my 7yo 75" Sony Bravia. I wasn't able to get it quite for the listed price but did get it down to $1,256.98 before tax when I asked for a code to get the installation for free.

Pound for pound I am happy with this price for tv, delivery and installation (incl $50 credit for trade in for a broken TCL 65"). Delivery went seamlessly and installers were prompt and professional. Genuinely confused about the broken set comments because the installers deliver the tv and are liable to ensure tv is not damaged and functions post install.

Anyone who got the tv installed with the slim mount. I have a power outlet behind the TV but it's not a recessed outlet. It's a regular outlet on the wall as every other outlet in house. Since this is a slim mount would this be an issue or is there enough space to plug the tv in?

The outlet on mine bends down, so it'd pretty slim
