Yes I can weigh in. I bought this very TV in this size and it came in shattered on one side. Even though I had the regular warranty and the extended 2 year warranty they refused to send a replacement, told me I would have to return and reorder. The shipping agency, RXO that brought it said 3 of the same TV's they went to deliver were shattered that week alone in just my area. I had to fight with Samsung to honor the original price on the reorder, so much so that all the song and dance I went through left me thinking otherwise on this and just never reordered.

I also bought an 85" from Samsung last year that arrived in perfect condition. Very different than experience with Greentoe where the same 85" TV arrived with a very heavily damaged box and a cracked screen.

My delivery date has been pushed back to January 15. Anyone else? Frown Should I ask for another discount? This is two months after I placed the order.

LOL I didn't have to panic, RXO sent me a shipping date and install yesterday, and the guys came right on time. They did a great job with the mounting. I had bought a Sanus mount from Costco because I could only get the Slim Mount when ordering and the guy said to use the Sanus and the Slim is not great for this TV. Will sell the mount later.

Also bought Q990D to pair with this, so excited for this setup! Thanks to everyone for the tips and helping out with getting this deal.

It currently shows $1239 and $1189 w/ trade in for me before the 10% off. Also, free mount and mounting service is back. Earliest delivery on December 12.

Ordered on November 12th and had an expected delivery of December 11th. No further tracking or shipping information was sent to me. I contacted customer support and they said that due to the weather conditions has not shipped yet but they will let me know as soon as it does. 😕

Sorry, your Samsung Electronics America delivery, originally scheduled for tomorrow, has been delayed. As soon as your product arrives, we'll contact you again to reschedule

Thanks for posting this and letting us know! I canceled my order from 2 weeks ago where I missed the free mount and installation and samsung email back the 10% promocode. I was able to use that promo code again and got free install, 2 year warranty, and TV mount. Thanks!!

Did you get the 10% promo code initially on chat? And did you have to ask them again for the 10% or did they automatically email the code on cancellation?
