Yes I can weigh in. I bought this very TV in this size and it came in shattered on one side. Even though I had the regular warranty and the extended 2 year warranty they refused to send a replacement, told me I would have to return and reorder. The shipping agency, RXO that brought it said 3 of the same TV's they went to deliver were shattered that week alone in just my area. I had to fight with Samsung to honor the original price on the reorder, so much so that all the song and dance I went through left me thinking otherwise on this and just never reordered.

I also bought an 85" from Samsung last year that arrived in perfect condition. Very different than experience with Greentoe where the same 85" TV arrived with a very heavily damaged box and a cracked screen.

Yup it was promo code that initial chat did when they ordered for me. I canceled my order and was gonna do it all over again but I got an email with promo code since I canceled. I just used that again and did not need to chat with them again.

Ordered first few days of the post, was switched from QNX1D to QN85D. Delivery was scheduled today (12/13) and got confirmation from RXO for 8am-12pm. Got a call at 9am saying their truck broke down, not enough deliveries to get a new truck, rescheduled for 12/15 now.
Contacted Samsung and got $75 back.

Ordered on Nov 20th to New England area. TV came on selected delivery date and it's gorgeous. There was no free mounting/wall mount when I ordered so can't comment on that

$894.99 plus tax after coupon adjustment by rep and purchase in-app. Located in suburbs north of Seattle area.

Same here. Delivery shows 2/20. Go to your order on your account and see if you can reschedule it earlier.
