So apparently Walmart is trying to use the service OnePay to supplement Walmart Pay.
You can get $15 back instantly into a OnePay savings account after spending $15 using the OnePay service from Walmart via the Walmart app or the link below.
When you sign up you need to scan the Walmart kiosk with the app In-store and pay via any debit card you want to add to the OnePay app.
You can transfer out funds via ACH or you can use the debit card from the app for purchases.
The offer is good up to 7 days after activation. You do need to create a OnePay account for this, but as far as I can tell, there are no hidden fees to maintain the account.
On a side note, in the app, there is an offer to get $5 back for spending $5 at a restaurant if using the OnePay debit card, ie BK, McDonald's, etc.
The best bet is to do the Walmart offer to get the $15 and then use the debit card while the money is still in the account.

Obviously YMMV but in total I got $31 in bonuses:
Initial spend $15 get $15
Some offer for $6- think it involved purchase at Walmart, popped up after the $15 get $15 bonus
$10 setup bonus.

Chatted with them in the app and asked to close the account and delete my info.
