Your cpu might initially work with just selecting the expo 6400 but if it starts freezing or blue screening. Just go into bios and decouple it from the cpu.
The cas32 t group ram is better than the cas36 corsair ram for gaming. If you can select different ram get 6000mhz cas30 (sweet spot price/perf) or 8000mhz but it's not cheap. The motherboard will then use the 6k and 8k as divisible by the 2000mhz that the infinity fabric that amd uses is set to. And that won't require decoupling . So you actually gain 2cas latency by going to cas30 and there's no 3-5% penalty in latency from decoupling from the cpu.
The reason it's so important to read this note is because at 6 cores. you are going to be cpu bound when you get a newer gpu from nvidia 5000 series. so when you are cpu bound the difference in cas latency can easily be another 5% fps on top of the 5% penalty.
That's 10% extra fps if you read this comment and select 6000mhz cas30 ram for very little cost difference for that extra fps.
Also for those who want to get their hands dirty you can manually set that cas32 ram to cas30 and 6400mhz to 6000mhz in the bios but you have to test or research for all of the rest of the sub timings and voltage, and that is atleast 30mins to an hour of work.
Most popular multiplayer games will be able to hit 200fps avg 4k lowest settings ( if you have the gpu for it and dlss3/fsr3) using that cpu. so i think that's an awesome budget target
