My Son In Law chatted with Discover online via their chat customer service on their website and asked if he could get a lower APR and they gave him for 12 months for 0.00% APR.
This is perfect time for the holiday season and they even gave it to me as well!
He suggusted I told my other family members about it so I thought I would share it here too.
Good luck all and I hope everyone else gets it too! I am sure not all will be able to get it but worth the try!

I only see 0% apr for new applications, on their site.
This is a great deal for any current Discover member that can get it without a new application.
Right before the holidays too. Time for a chat. Thanks.

Just made sure to pay off my current balance so everything will have no APR and nothing old is left behind to get APR charges.

Usually when the promo runs out you wait about a month and can do this again, in my experience having a near zero balance when you request it gives you a higher chance of them offering it when you ask.
You can also find the APR on your statement. Simply click here, then "Select Activity or Statement Period". From that menu, select the current statement and then "View Billing Statement PDF".
Credit scores also look at % utilization on the card itself (along with total utilization on all your cards). If one card is above 30% (or 40%), then your score drops. Once you pay it off, your score comes back up. I just paid off a 0% interest card that had 37% utilization and my score came back up to previous score (830 to 837, small number but good to know it was that card balance).
