Once I skipped to gold, the 30% off coupon showed up under Perks when you look at your Play Points by clicking the blue point total on the top of the main page https://imgur.com/a/DKZNsyg

Here's how you'd check to see if you have this code.
1. Open google play app on your android.
2. At the top right of the app, to the left of your profile, there should be a number and badge indicating how many points you have. Click that to view play points
3. Click perks
4. Scroll to bottom to see rewards where you could view to try to save.
I have the 30% off code, but no way to get a pixel for cheap.

As stated by other guys go to play store, click on your picture on the top right corner, click on play points then click on perks, scroll down and you should see "Get 30% off select pixel phones" select to redeem.
