After doing the $5 sub I didn't see the Skip to Gold under my rewards but it was located on my main page of the Play Store app. Here is a screenshot of what to look for if you can't find it: https://imgur.com/a/iPHD9kR

Once I skipped to gold, the 30% off coupon showed up under Perks when you look at your Play Points by clicking the blue point total on the top of the main page https://imgur.com/a/DKZNsyg

Nothing listed under the Perks on my phone or online (Except for "Next Silver Prize available Nov 8th"). Just sitting at Silver with 398 pts to get to Gold. Tried cancelling the $5/sub and re-subscribing without any luck.

If you need Gold status to get the promo, and you aren't currently a Play Pass subscriber, you can sign up for a month of Play Pass ($4.99) and activate Gold status instantly. Then the 30% off offer will appear in your perks. Source: this is exactly what I did. I was not previously a Play Pass subscriber though, so YMMV.

I was able to get this offer by just subscribing to the $5 play pass.
Was on bronze level. I dont have the 2TB plan, instead I have 200gb plan.
Paying for the play pass let me skip to gold tier points and the 30% off perk showed up in the perks tab of the play store.

That sucks. The "skip to gold" was on the play store home page IIRC.

Popped up on Mobile for me but not Desktop as a Gold member, no play pass subscription. Expires Dec 2nd at 11:59pm PT.

Ugh. I probably won't use it since I've been having problems with my Pixel phones software-wise but looking online, people have been hating on other Android phones that have stock software. I don't know if I should just suck it up and go with the least worst option (Pixel). I personally hate Samsung's software.
