After doing the $5 sub I didn't see the Skip to Gold under my rewards but it was located on my main page of the Play Store app. Here is a screenshot of what to look for if you can't find it: https://imgur.com/a/iPHD9kR

Once I skipped to gold, the 30% off coupon showed up under Perks when you look at your Play Points by clicking the blue point total on the top of the main page https://imgur.com/a/DKZNsyg

Worked for me. I upgraded to the play pass and there was the option to upgrade to gold. Once I did that, the 30% offer was available to claim and it is automatically applied to your shopping cart when you add any of the pixel 9 phones to your cart.
