After doing the $5 sub I didn't see the Skip to Gold under my rewards but it was located on my main page of the Play Store app. Here is a screenshot of what to look for if you can't find it: https://imgur.com/a/iPHD9kR

Once I skipped to gold, the 30% off coupon showed up under Perks when you look at your Play Points by clicking the blue point total on the top of the main page https://imgur.com/a/DKZNsyg

From past experience, pretty accurate. The one I ordered last night says Nov 11-12 but I ordered a green 9, 128 storage. I'm guessing other variations might be more likely to have delays dependent on popularity.
