I've had some experience with Bosch and Milwaukee and off brand laser levels in the last 4-5 years. So, if it's of value to you, here are my thoughts, based solely on my NON-expert, random fella trying to understand this laser level world..........
Green is visible BOTH indoors and outdoors. (I think slightly less battery life with green)
Red is ONLY visible indoors.
Milwaukee is very expensive but very high quality and the batteries I use also in my Milwaukee headlamps and other tools, so that is nice. But, you definitely pay for it.
Bosch is superb and I started with a great deal on their red laser level and then was able to also get a great deal on their Bosch green laser level. Highly recommended and you CAN get good deals on Bosch if you are patient.
Offbrand - I have NOT personally bought and used a lot of offbrand laser levels (only 1 that came with a toolkit) BUT there are some VERY highly rated green laser options on Amazon that get RAVE reviews.
While this particular model (that is referenced in this Slickdeal at Lowes) with the tripod, seems to be out of stock, I HIGHLY recommend having a dedicated tripod for your laser. It's incredibly helpful.

Here's an option for a green laser level from Amazon with almost 13,000 reviews. Again, I have NOT personally used this laser level. BUT, if I wasn't buying Bosch or Milwaukee, this is most likely what I would buy.

I cannot say it enough, I'm NOT an expert. Just a person sharing my experience. All the best!
Ok, that's enough of my chatter for one day! Hope that helps.

SKIL 33-ft Red Self-Leveling Line Generator Laser Level, $24.98

Looks good, but according to the directions it doesn't appear to be "self-leveling"....

I have the 50ft one, and it works as described. But it's really lame compared to the no-name 360 3-axis green laser level that I got for about the same price from Amazon.

It is convenient to have both, so I can level a post or stud on two different axis at the same time. It's easy to get oriented when one is red and the other green And it's kind of christmassy

Red laser becomes more fainted on the sides the brighter it's in the room. Get a green laser instead.

I just got this one and it works great. It's exactly level/accurate with my brother's Bosch red laser level, but the green laser is much easier to see. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0CQT6W3RM/
