Haha, I already bought 4 of these.
By far the cheaper Lifepo4 ever. Less than .10 per wh.
Rated at 1920wh and I've tested 2 of them and got 1950wh.
Was going to post this but it seems I always get deleted everytime I post a deal.
These are not cranking batteries, they are designed to supply current at a somewhat steady rate. You would not want to use these type of batteries as your starting battery.
Description says 120A max continuous discharge x nominal 51.2v for your x4 series, so I come up with 6144w max output.

Working back from you numbers, it appears you might have been multiplying 12vx150ahx4 batteries to get that number and were referring to capacity?

In that case, multiply the 150ah x nominal 12.8v x 4 batteries for 7680w/h. Then multiply by inverter efficiency (check inverter, but 80% is conservative in most cases) to get usable capacity, which in this example would be 6144w/h

Anyone recommend a decent 3000w pure sine wave inverter?

metal over plastic case even better if price are the same. Not able to see metal case version in stock any where even over eco-worthy's own website
True, but I'm not seeing that the metal case versions having Bluetooth on eBay.

Edit: Oliver just responded and sent an image of the case with the Bluetooth symbol.

So it looks like the 20% off only applies to one battery when I have 3 in the cart. Anyone know if the discount can be applied 3 times if I purchase them 1 at a time? Any other alternatives to achieve the discount for all 3?
I bought 4 with the discount code.

Maybe empty your cart and add 3 from the product page to the cart again (case you added them piecemeal).

Yeah, the metal box is highly desirable, from a durability standpoint..perhaps add a smartshunt to add Bluetooth? I can see how grouping these metal cased units and adding a smartshunt could be better than a single unit that has BMS Bluetooth. Additionally, the metal case lid can be easily removed and a smart BMS added in. Yes, more expense, but money well spent, IMHO.

Based on Oliver's messages, they are substituting a metal cased version for the plastic version with Bluetooth for the same price. They must have a plastic window in the case for the RF to pass through. I'm all for the metal case, I just didn't want to spend the extra $. I was considering the 100Ah Bluetooth version. 150Ah Bluetooth at the same price, and now in a metal can! Seems to good to be true. We'll see.

Here is link to amazon customer review mentioned plastic version has compression structure / in manu term "anti-swollen fixture" which is much better than tape wrapping around cells

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&s...eYj_zM_t3J

their 12v-280ah version has similar one showing in YT teardown video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6...dHRlcnk%3D

But same compression structure is not mentioned in metal case version since no teardown nor customer review mentioned

How can these be used to add capacity to a Bluetti AC180 or smaller? Can you just use an 8mm cable in the DV/PV input and connect the other end directly to one or two (24v connected in series) of these batteries? The AC180 accepts up to 60v/10A according to the picture.

This is an incredible deal for 12v 150ah (1,920Wh)... especially with the Bluetooth included. This is pretty similar to the cost of 12v 100ah batteries, and is considerably cheaper per Wh than the previous deal on the same brand 12v 280ah for $380. This one is more than half the capacity for well under half the price -- and again the Bluetooth (which is a nice feature) is almost a free bonus.
So I could have paid like $1,400 for 2 Delta2 extra batteries at 1,024Wh each... or get almost the same capacity here for $168. (Yes, the Deltas have some nice features and ease of use, but this is a tiny fraction of the cost for similar capacity.)
The 280ah battery is a better deal if you factor in the 30% federal tax credit as it is over the 3kWh requirement.

I'd personally see that metal case as a significant upgrade, compared to bluetooth, but it is based on use case/number of units you want.

I bought 4, but 2 would take you over the 3kWh too. Plus I'm putting them in series.

I put 4x 12.8V 100Ah in series into the Solar input on my Bluetti AC200P. It'll pull up to 600W (51.2V 12A) from the batteries to charge the internal battery. The power transfer capability on the AC200P is based on the voltage (current is max 12A, max power 700W) which is why I did 4 batteries in series. I use a pair of the P20 chargers to charge the external batteries.

Is there a single device that converts a big battery like this into a "solar generator "? I think I am asking for a single device that will (1) charge this battery via 120V AC (2) inverter output 120V AC pure sin (3) charge this from solar panels (4) output USBC and 12V DC. It seems like there would be a fair amount of demand for this. Thanks!

Probably a dumb question, but...any way to use this as a UPS? If so, what else needs to be purchased to do it?
By the time you get everything together, an Ecoflow power station or similar unit with UPS capabilities would have been about the same price. Biggest expense would be the inverter.

Quote from snypr :
series adds total voltage together while keeping system capacity same as 1 battery
parallel adds capacity (AH, WH, etc) while keeping system voltage the same as 1 battery.
Not quite right. Amp-hour capacity stays the same in series, but watt-hour capacity goes up. Watt-hours = System voltage x amp-hours. 150 AH at 24 volts has the same WH capacity as 300 AH at 12 volts.

The advantage of running batteries in series, and thus at higher voltages, is the reduced amperage needed to get the same amount of power (watts). Lower amperage = less power loss in wiring and smaller gauge wires needed to carry the same amount of power. The disadvantage is most electronics will need some sort of stepdown converter as they're designed for lower voltages, increasing cost and complexity of the system.

So stupid question, if I got this to use for my CPAP (I have a 300w inverter to use 120v, or could buy a 12 cable for better efficiency), could I use a 1.5 amp trickle charger I have (made for lithium batteries) to keep it charged?
Basically I would keep the trickle charger plugged in 24/7, and run off the battery every night for 5-7 hours a night. Lately we have had a lot of power flickers in the night and it resets my machine and wakes me up. I want something that will always be on regardless.
From what I have been able to find, my machine with heater on is like 20 amp hours a night, I rarely use my heater, so probably closer to 5 amp hours.
Would a 1.5 amp battery tender be able to keep this thing charged?
By my non battery smarts math, I would be putting in a max of 36 amps a day, while using 20 amps a night. Is that correct or is there more to it?

Or would I just be better served getting something like this RIver 2 for the same price (which from what I have read, can do 6-8 hours of non-heated cpap use?
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B8MXPRDB/

I am in the process of getting a whole house manual generator backup (waiting on deliver of generator that is on backorder), so long term use is not a big issue.
Your math checks out right, assuming your CPAP is capable of running 12 volts straight from the battery.

Theoretically, you can using the supplied car charging cable that will limit it to 10 amps of draw. I wouldn't try anything else.
