Yup unless you had gift cards and a 10% coupon from their credit card is the reason why I bought from BB. Otherwise apple education store obviously better deal

Given these specs/size and price point, any guess what retailers will discount on remaining M2 version Mac Mini's? Would need to go $299 for 8GB/256GB? to make them worthwhile?

People are thrilled to be getting $230 for trade in; I agree $299 would be a steal but $499 for the upgraded model practically already is

Is it one of the public CC codes? I have their CC, but I haven't been able to track down a current 10% deal. I remember those coming out almost monthly for a while.

This is the 0day BB price just hasn't been posted here because it isn't a good deal unless you are in the BB eco system (credit cards, gc, membership). This is basically buy a mac mini, get free plus membership.

This is a good deal for plus/total members because you have 60 days to return or price match as opposed to Apple's 14 day return policy. Also with total you get free AppleCare+ (which is about $35/yr or $89 for 3 years from Apple edu). Pair it with BB credit card or reward offers then it makes it good from that perspective. This is assuming the plus/total membership cost is factored into other purchases.

How do you get free Applecare+ with this item? I added it to my cart along with a plus membership but don't see it.
