I get these fairly often. You're only allowed 3 active gift cards on Vudu payment at a time so I use them before I purchase more.

Purchase limit is 2 and Kroger sends you an email with a link. If you purchase 2 the links are right on top of the other which can be overlooked. These usually sell out quickly due to it being a good deal including the 4x fuel points if you clip the digital coupon in the app.

Yes. Correct but you'll see that when you try to make the purchase the non vudu version just says Fandango.

Enter your alternate Kroger ID at the pump. You can create/change your alternate ID in your Kroger rewards account.

I buy them all the time when able and just store the #'s and pins in my LastPass and then just go to them when I need more. They never expire, so you might as well get as many as you can, as 25% off is pretty dang good when it's basically buying cash.
