Bought one of these a few months back at a similar price and have really started using it the past month or so on morning dog walks. Does a great job of keeping me warm between 35-45F, but don't have much experience with it outside of that temp range. Has a single big stomach pouch pocket (think classic hoodie pocket) that holds quite a bit of stuff if needed. Collar is a bit large so you kinda have to fold it down when you wear it, but overall I like it for the money.

got this for my 30 min bike commute when it's 45-60 outside and it is excellent. the neck comes up super high and serves as a neck warmer. the bottom and sleeve elastics keep the wind out. i wear a t shirt underneath and im good to go. highly recommended at this price.
