So, who approve the card in Chase doesn't know Amazon Prime member has to login before see the offer.

No, if you don't have any Chase account, you need to create or register new account on their portal. No separate Chase account is needed.
Already I have Chase Credit card account and after I opened this card yesterday, within few minutes this card account was added on my existing Chase CC account.
Can I cancel the card immediately and still keep it?
Maybe a dumb question, but why cancel it? It's a no-fee card.

You'll need to keep it open long enough to redeem the points. Not sure what it will do to your credit though.
