My last straw was when their devices would die during updates and some at mere 13 or 14 months and they would say since the warranty was 12 months and your 12 months are up, you are SOL. Mind you. The device would be fine before the update and die during the update process. Hundreds of threads/posts on different models doing the same thing.
I will never do business with Fitbit again or buy any of their devices again.

I was able to call customer support and speak to a rep who helped me to reorder and adjust the price to reflect the promo code (since the promo code is technically for new accounts)
