You need to use software like Parallels or VMWare Fusion to run the ARM version of Windows 11. No Bootcamp any more.

People's comments are that Windows runs very well and responsively. Because it's the ARM version of Windows there could be some incompatibilities with specific software, but even doing an X86_64 emulation, people report generally great results.

FYI: The M4 Mac Minis are made in Vietnam, not China.
I don't think it matters what country or product that is grown/manufactured. If it's imported, there is going to be a tariff on it.

Depends on the tariff. Some tariffs will be China specific to push manufacturing away from China.

Really happy with the base Mac Mini M4. I had a previous Intel Mac Mini, so I due for an upgrade. The only thing I will miss is the 32GB of RAM. I used it with an aluminum dock/SSD enclosure for more ports. You might need a USB A to C adapter. Also, a wired keyboard/mouse unless you have Apple keyboard/mouse/trackpad. Other than that, it's great. Will be great for several years.
Just keep in mind, an M2 mini with 32GB will outperform an M4 with 16B, especially for demanding tasks like video editing, heavy multitasking, or running complex applications, due to the large difference in RAM capacity, even though the M4 might be slightly more powerful per core. But it all depends on what configuration is best for your specific applications.
