No it isn't. The deal starts at 9AM PST and the first 5 hours are for Walmart+ customers, then at 2PM PST, it opens to everyone. If you're not a Walmart+ member, it may not show you the page.

Can't seem to find it, but this has a tini display which is horrible unless you are centered directly on it. Display is only 250 nits, too, so it's pretty dim.
