Sorry for another question, with Verizon, paying at the store, can we pay it at the kiosk or do we have to pay it with the help of a Verizon worker ?
I have the same question. Can't seem to find the answer

How about if I just buy the phone outright for $299… I really dislike these 24/36 month payoffs. But I realize that's how they rope you into an overpriced plan with a major carrier. They gotta make their money somehow.
Fwiw this deal is not statement credits. It's just 0% financing. You can pay it off anytime.

Yes. That what I did last year. I bought the iPhone 13 with additional line, as soon as i pay it off. I canceled the new line, pay prorate fees for 3 days. I didn't even bother to unlock it. Then use it to trade in for $1000 credit toward my iPhone 15 pro for my main number. Also it's work if you upgrade as well. I talked to multiple AT&T cs, because the deal is Walmart sell it for $300. You paid it off so you don't own ATT any money. Their policy allow to cancel within 3 days. You can check in the contract when you buy the phone on Walmart
so after trading in the 13 you were left with the 15 pro for free and canceled the monthly service? no fees penalty? why wouldn't everyone do this sound to good

No trade in promo's are bill credits that are spread out over 36 months. You have to stay with AT&T for 36 months if you want those credits.

This work well for me because I have unlimited plan and will stay with AT&T for the next 3 years. Most people only want to buy the phone $300 then unlock and use it on different carrier or non-unlimited plan. The trade in toward $1000 iPhone 15 is technically the contract AT&T tight you to them for 36 months. If you cancel the line, you have to pay the remaining months.
Example : if I cancel the line with iPhone 15 at 2nd months it will be 34 x $ 24 = $816 that I have to pay ATT back, or else the phone will be blacklist .

If you go to ATT website you will see ATT selling iPhone 14 at $629.99. this deal Walmart is the one selling the iPhone 14 for $299 ( 36 x $8.3) Which you paid it off and then cancel the new line. You already paid off the phone, you don't own AT&T any money so they can't blacklist the phone

Verizon is postpaid, so not up front.

Anyone confirm if you can get this in store? I'd rather just do it and be done. No waiting and hassle of the setup myself.

I have to say BIG THANKS to ProudToBeAnIndian for another killer iPhone deal. Folks, the long and short of these deals is this: it's a bit of a hassle to jump through all the hoops, i.e. signing up for Verizon service, but canceling withing 72 hours, etc.; however, in the end it works out just like the OP has laid out in several previous posts and you save a good chunk of money to get a brand spankin' new phone that will unlock in 60 days for less than you will find anywhere else. Big Ups to this SD'er who I've personally benefited from twice this year.

I have ordered the device online. Should I wait for the delivery and pay off the device once it shipped and remove the plan and wait 60 days to unlock?
