1. Use PayPal to get 7.5% back by logging into your PayPal account and search for promos, select StraightTalk. Will take you directly to StraightTalk site. That's what i did.
2. Chase card has 15% promo but caps at $15 discount, based on other users. I do not have Chase.
3. Purchase iPhone 13 with Silver plan. Must be Silver or higher to get $200 phone discount.
4. Do not select autopay to see PayPal payment option.
5. You can ship to different address if you're gifting it. They just need to understand the terms if they plan to unlock and use elsewhere or just stay with StraightTalk.
6. New phone needs to be activated, through StaightTalk online, for 60-day unlock countdown to begin. Phone does not need to be opened/used.
7. After the 30 plan expires, do not purchase another plan. Use it on WiFi or not at all.
8. After 60 days, phone will automatically unlock for any carrier.
9. Text "UNLOCK" to 611611 to confirm/see countdown.

I went through the activation with the correct sim in the red booklet and got the prompt that accounts were activated but the lines don't show up on the accounts on straighttalk.com.
Update Figured it out. Yes, they do. Somehow the account they they were activated on was different than the email address they were activated with.

Your situation is very similar to what I did with one of my StraightTalk SE3 from Walmart last year. I purchased the phone, but they just rang in the sale price manually and didn't make me buy a plan with it. So I went to my Tracfone account that already had an active number and simply activated the new phone on that plan (as a "new phone purchased from Tracfone"). It unlocked fine after 60 days. (Multiple other people have also done that successfully in previous threads by activating on a sister company to get the unlock. That used to require "re-branding" the phone but that's not needed with some newer iPhones.) It sounds like the only real difference for your case was that you called and had a rep do it (hopefully they didn't screw anything up, but I wouldn't worry about it just yet.)
I ordered a second phone on the 13th different name , different phone number, different email account , same credit card, same address. I never got a confirmation email I called the credit card company and it said it never was billed for a second time.
if the phones become available again should I just make another order?
