There's more sugar than protein in these 'health' bars.

Fully realize these aren't "healthy" - as an on the go snack for dropping kiddos off or stashed in my bag for travel snack, these aren't bad

Has anyone had both the almond butter and the pb/dark choco and can say which is better tasting? I usually get the PB & Dark choco and like them because it's not too sweet or overly peanut buttery. Is the almond one sweeter?

I bought just a few days ago. They have reset the coupon.

Also anyone who buys the little 12 pack is a sucker. This 35% off is good on a huge list of other Kind items. The 30x Peanut Butter is working out to $12.48 for me.

What healthy bars that are commonly available do you recommend for this price?

Not sure how you got it down to $12.48 but even then you are paying .42 per bar vs .25 per on the 12 count.

Just a guess, but you might perhaps be missing the detail that the 30-count (at least as listed in this post) is 1.76oz (2*0.88oz)

The description is kind of misleading, it's just basically a 6 count inflated by 2 bars (2x0.88oz).

it seems the 30 count is legitimately 30 packs of the 2 bars.

However, if you can't get $12.48 and get $14.97, it's just the same 2.99 x 5. (6pcs x 5 = 30pcs)

This has less protein than a glass of milk. Milk is around 1g protein per ounce.

I know this has other stuff in it but the recent research on emulsifiers, processed food, etc. has me wanting to try to help my fellow SDers be healthier for less money.

Milk. It does a body good. Unless you're lactose intolerant and then it turns you into a Thanksgiving day parade balloon...

Peanut Butter Banana Dark Chocolate is my favorite but showing only 1 box of 6 for $4.98. Actually, price and qty are different on a couple of them. Read carefully
