Ive had this for a few years and have used it with no problems to charge phones, lights, tablets, laptop, etc. Comes in really handy at 175w. The manual does have the caution below though to those it matters to.
"The output of this device is not sinusoidal. It has a total harmonic distortion of 40 percent and a maximum single harmonic of 30 percent. The inverter uses a modified sine wave output that is not recommended for use with certain power supplies or circuits. The modified sine output waveform of the inverter may also result in reduced performance from the device. Please refer to your product's operator's manual."

Could someone put this in football terms for the people who don't understand these words?

LOL. 6 amps at 120 volts is 720 watts. That's more than 4x what this little inverter is rated for.

this needs a new version with 300w inverter, 100w pd usb, better diffused led light. maybe make a version that takes 2 batteries at a time, one from each time and keep the same compact form factor.

It means that it won't run at constant 60hz and 120v. This maybe ok to run led lights or cheap fans but can damage sensitive electronics that require a constant 60hz at 120v, things like have circuit board with diodes or capacitors such as modern TV, a refrigerator or a computer. Although I have read online that people had success using this temporarily for CPAP machine during an outage or charge phones or smaller laptops when camping using the USB C port - DC to DC for max efficiency.
