How does this compare to other Chinese made multitools? I've seen other multitools on Amazon with more features (and a sheath) for only a few bucks more.

Its reasonable for the price, not too bulky but not that compact, its more a glove compartment tool. Has liner lock knife and I'm still not sure how the wire stripper works or where the plier spring is hidden. Shealth less necessary as its gloss painted smooth so won't likely scratch other stuff, a carrying case is one of those things that seems nice but I never find a reason for using.

is that a plastic body, or just colored finish on metal?? It does specific steel tools, but doesn't seem to mention the body / frame.

The price for a Dewalt tool was too good to be true. It looks good but I doubt if it will hold up to much use. The only tool that locks open is the knife blade a that seems bit flimsy.

Dewalt power tools are great this multitool is crap for the price....... the metal of the bits are thick to compensate for cheap steel. The blad is one and a half inches long an half of that is serrated hard to use with one hand an my hands are big long .. got it at tractor supply for 5 dollars . Its a useful tool to keep around but for every say cary id go for a leatherman or leatherman then a sog multitool. 20 dollars is to much for this 5 or 10 is a good fit
