Passmark benchmark scores [cpubenchmark.net] for this CPU are absolutely incredible, slotting it directly between a 7900X and 7950X desktop CPU, all while maintaining a much lower TDP. It's also my understanding that the PCI-e 5.0 x16 slot on this board support x8/x8 and x4/x4/x4/x4 bifurcation, so I will be installing a 4x NVMe card and adding some extra M2 slots and SATA slots that way to run mine as a NAS/VM host.
Previous deal ($330) was direct from Minisforum and is NOT in stock now. Extra price from Amazon is worth the hassle if you have any issues with returns and such. There's also a
combo deal [https] with this board pre-installed in a case with a PSU from Amazon as well for
$569.90 - $114 = $455.90

This takes a standard ATX PSU, you need to size your power supply based on your video card if you're doing a discrete GPU as opposed to the onboard 610M chipset. Otherwise any PSU over 400W or so with the proper ATX connectors should be fine.
