Iv'e had this vacuum for a few years and it still works well. Not as smart as some vacs and no auto-empty, but it has lidar and works consistently. Not having as many sensors makes it a bit less fussy.

I've had 2 of these for less than 2 years now... They are good initially for about 1 year. Once the overall battery change capacity goes down to a certain level (not sure what is that) the vacuum just stops in the middle of the room, completely dead. The vacuum should function as such that when the battery is weak it should just clean a smaller area and return and then go back to clean and return; this cycle should continue until the full area is cleaned.

Now I've created several small sections in my larger rooms and clean those on schedule. It still falls dead in the middle of cleaning sometimes but mostly it's been okay.

It's great for the price and the software and mapping is good, but for the above caveats.

Had to toss this after it left stains in our lvp floor where the wheels touch when it charges. Never couldn't figure out why but the Wyze forums indicated it wasn't an obscure problem.

I've had 2 of these for around 2 years. Leaps better than older Eufy's (11S). However recently upgraded to the Roborock Q5 pro and will never go back.

Biggest downfalls of the Wyze:
1) Map constantly resets. No clue why but the robot would lose its location and start mapping sporadically.
2) This uses the older, non rubber, roller which becomes a trap for hair. If you have longer hair or pets go for a vacuum with a rubber roller. Every couple times I'd have to cut all the hair off the roller.
3) The dust bin is ineffective. It only gets about 50% full before becoming clogged and needing to be emptied.

Spend the extra $30-40 on a new tech robot, with a rubber roller.

This is junk. Don't get it. I have one. And then tried the amazing Roborock vacuums. Don't get this Wyze vacuum. Honestly it sucks. Good for 1 year then has battery and memory issues. Avoid!! Get the Roborock that are on sale right now… speaking from first hand experience.
